Terms and Conditions

  • Booking Period: 20% discount offer is available on all new bookings made between 18th February 2025 and 20th March 2025 (both dates inclusive), for passenger travel on Interislander. 
  • Travel Period:  Offer applies for travel between the period 19th February  2025 and 30th June 2025 (both dates inclusive).
  • Travel Legs: All legs of your travel must be completed within the Travel Period. Journey legs that fall outside of the Travel Period will not be eligible for the discount. 
  • Limited Availability: This Offer will only be available to a limited number of bookings.  Get in early so you don’t miss out.
  • Promotion Code: To use this discount, you must enter the promo code “ILLEMG1” at time of booking. The discount will not be applied if the booking has been completed without entry of this promo code.
  • Booking Method: Offer is available on bookings made online through the Interislander website www.interislander.co.nz only and is not available through any other method of booking. 
  • Exclusions: This Offer is available on Interislander ticket prices for passengers and passenger vehicles only. This Offer is not available on add-ons* or on any onboard purchases (including food, beverages) or any other services purchased on board Interislander ships. 
  • Limitations: This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or travel benefit offered to you by Interislander. Only one promo code can be used per booking.
  • Fare Terms: Interislander’s standard fare terms and conditions apply. 
  • Conditions of Carriage: Interislander’s conditions of carriage apply to all passenger travel on our Interislander services. 
  • Non-Transferable: This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Modification of Terms: Interislander reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Sailing Schedule changes: We do not guarantee our schedules, departure times or the duration of our journeys.  These are all subject to change. They may be affected by things like weather conditions, adverse sea conditions, safety and operational requirements, crew shortages, orders of regulators and other events. It is important you take this into account when making your booking and considering any other travel plans or connections. Should a change happen, we will notify you of the change as soon as possible.
  • Agreement: By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these Promotion terms. 

Note: *Add-ons include bookings of the Interislander Premium Lounge, Queen Charlotte Lounge, Pelorus Jack Lounge, cabins, bicycles, canoes/surfboard/sporting equipment, dog kennels, excess luggage and all other products and services purchased onboard Interislander ships.
