Many people are worried about getting seasick during their Cook Strait crossing that's why we are giving an indication of swells, or how rough it will be. We also have useful information on seasickness.
Keep in mind that sailing through Wellington Harbour and the Marlborough Sounds are calmer than Cook Strait itself and most days are perfect for enjoying the view.
