We have updated our online booking experience - it is now easier to book with us
Those of you who travel with us regularly will notice some changes to our online booking forms
We have updated our online booking forms. We have made it faster and easier to book with us.
It will now:
- Be quicker to book with us
- Much easier to book on a mobile phone
- We have reduced the time it takes to book. We only ask for information relevant to the booking. If the booking includes a vehicle, we will not offer extras such as a bike, excess luggage or sporting equipment!
- It is easier to upgrade your sailing to one of our lounges or cabins
- We have simplified the booking process for bringing animals on board
- We are now asking for registration number and the fuel type when you are booking a vehicle.
Discount code, promo code or voucher
If you are booking with a discount or promotion code or a voucher we have moved the promocode field to the first page of the booking process. This means that when you get to the Select Sailings information you will see the price you will pay quoted.
If you have a discount code through a membership organisation such as NZMCA you no longer have to go through the Group Booking process. Just enter your discount code and you will see the discounted price on the Select Sailings page.
